We want you to love your purchase from HerEterna. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

Damages and Issues
Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue quickly.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
EU Customers – 14-Day Legal Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. This means you can return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without explanation.
As with our standard policy, the item must be returned in the same condition as received, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved.
