At HerEterna, we know how important it is for you to receive your products quickly. We typically ship orders within 24 hours of receiving payment.

  • Standard delivery times: 6–10 business days worldwide.

  • Sale periods: Please allow up to 5 additional business days due to higher demand.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. For international orders, you will also receive a direct tracking link so you can monitor your package’s journey and see the estimated delivery date.

Taxes & Customs Duties

Please note: any customs duties, import taxes, or related charges that may be applied at delivery are the responsibility of the customer. These fees vary by country, and HerEterna has no control over them.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is submitted, cancellation is not possible because our system processes orders automatically.
If you decide not to keep your order after receiving it, you can use our Return Policy to request a return within the allowed timeframe.
